Headaches are divided into two main categories. Of the two main types, "Primary Headaches" are more common and very difficult to treat. Secondary Headaches are less common, but within that group there is a type of headache that is very treatable. This is called a "cervicogenic headache".

Here are the most common symptoms and signs of a Cervicogenic Headache:
For each of the, try doing the movement 10x when you have the headache and do 2-3 sets a day. If that doesn't work, don't skip to the next movement. Try sustaining the position for 30 seconds x3-5.
