Rehabilitation


Rehabilitation services are for those that have suffered some kind of injury, have an acute or chronic pain or debility, or that have had a recent surgery that requires skilled physical therapy to help regain lost independence and function. We specialize in surgery prevention for all joints of the body (back, knees, shoulders, hips, etc).

Wellness

Wellness services are for those looking to prevent debility or loss of function. These services are for those that did not necessarily have a recent injury or surgery, but would like a home exercise program development, a home safety assessment with recommendations report or ongoing help carrying out an exercise program.

* $100/visit will be charged with verbal commitment for 10 total visits. With 9 or fewer visits, the normal $110/visit will be charged.

Unique Home Exercise Program

We have a unique home exercise program (HEP) that is proven to improve your motivation and outcomes.

With an easy-to-use app, you can exercise right along with video

of your custom-built exercise program. You can log your activity,

take notes on individual exercises, send your PT questions

and schedule reminders.
